When these seed balls reach a suitable humidity and temperature, the seeds inside them sprout and germinate. We threw these seed balls into the forest during our nature walk. ISPARTA-GAZİ SOSYAL BİLİMLER LİSESİ-ŞULE ŞENOL

This project aims to raise awareness among students aged 13-17 about global warming, drought and unconscious consumption of fresh water resources, and to encourage them to produce solutions for sustainable water use. Within the scope of the five-month project, students will conduct research on the global water crisis, participate in interviews with experts, and carry out awareness studies by developing solutions for water saving. While the project supports the protection of freshwater resources with Goal 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation) in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), it draws attention to the effects of global warming on water resources with Goal 13 (Climate Action). Additionally, students are provided with environmental awareness and problem-solving skills within the scope of Goal 4 (Quality Education), while international cooperation is encouraged in line with Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
